Our staff comes fully equipped for most of our traditional activities. Additional equipment expenses will be approved in advance. These hourly rates are effective as of 1 January 2026.
A retainer is typically due before site work will be conducted, and may be paid at the site or forwarded in advance. We accept the following payment types:
If you decide to cancel the requested service, an invoice for any work performed up to the date of cancellation will be generated. If you paid a retainer and the amount of the retainer exceeds the invoice, you may be refunded the difference. Please allow 5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at hal@halowensoil.com or calling our office at 910-893-8743. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. No-shows without prior notification will be charged $250.
